Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, communication and curriculum. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards.

PTSA is contracting with Archimedes School to offer Math Club classes for students in 2nd-5th grade. Each class will be tailored to meet the needs of the students enrolled. Classes offered will focus on participation in competitions and general problem-solving and logical reasoning.

Goal: $25,000 Gather donations, read books and earn prizes for reading and donations. It is a fun school-wide event that encourages students to strengthen their literacy skills and love of reading in a way that helps to raise funds to support important PTSA-sponsored programs. Funds raised support: math, art, engineering, science, outdoor education, classroom supplies, service learning experiences and much more!

Our Biggest Fundraiser!
Goal: $25,000 If we raised $35,000 an additional $10,000 will support recess equipment and STEAM equipment. Our Fun Run is a fun school-wide event and is our largest fundraiser for the year! Funds raised support math, art, engineering, science, outdoor education, classroom supplies, service-learning experiences and the NEW PLAYWORKS RECESS PROGRAM! Please enter donations separately for each student by clicking "Add One To My Cart." All donations are due by Oct 12 to be eligible for rewards. If your child is eligible for the drawing a ticket will be given to your student's teacher to be sent home to fill out and return to school by Oct 14. The drawings will take place on Oct 14 after the Fun Run. THANK YOU FOR DONATING TO ELLA BAKER PTSA AND SUPPORTING OUR SCHOOL!

Math Challenge
Math Challenge
Chair:
Math Challenge is an optional, math enrichment extension program at Ella Baker. It is designed to give students opportunities to sharpen their mathematical problem-solving skills. Throughout the challenges, the program covers problem solving strategies such as drawing a picture or model, making an organized list, looking for patterns, working backwards, and guessing and checking. Families are encouraged to get involved and work together to solve the math problems.
