The Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA) is a group of volunteers advocating, communicating, and working for the purpose of enriching the "whole child". Ella Baker PTSA is part of the largest volunteer association dedicated to the education, health, welfare, and safety of all children in the entire state.

Fundraisers enable PTSA to support the entire school with enrichment, community, and advocacy programs:

  • $9,300 purchases classroom supplies and educational materials for every teacher
  • $7,000 supports our students and families in need
  • $3,000 for grants supporting the school's mission, vision and educational goals
  • $2,500 supports emergency supplies and school safety items
  • $2,000 helps show appreciation for our teachers and staff
  • $1,200 allows a virtual award-winning author visit
  • $1,000 provides additional PE equipment
  • $1,000 purchases music and instruments
  • And more!
