Math Challenge Program

The Ella Baker PTSA is proud to offer two exciting math opportunities for students to sharpen their math problem-solving skills and gain confidence in tackling math challenges:

1.        Free Online Math Challenges

2.        Math Challenge Tournament

FREE ONLINE MATH CHALLENGES (K-5)

15 sets of challenges are published every other week throughout the school year.  Each challenge consists of 12 to 18 stimulating and engaging math problems ordered by level of difficulties. Solve as many problems as you can!  Family members are encouraged to get involved.

MATH CHALLENGE TOURNAMENT

Get ready to showcase your math skills and problem-solving abilities and compete in the national Math Challenge Tournament!  We are excited to announce that the Math Challenge Tournament will be returning to Ella Baker in 2025!
